Graduate Software Engineering Program

Our Graduate Software Engineers will join our Product Development team to work across all areas our large web-based application. You will be coached and mentored by all members of the engineering team (software engineers, software architects, testers, system administrators, data scientists, project leads) to learn how to scope, design, document, develop, integrate and test software to address end-user needs.

Training & Development
All new juniors will be allocated a 6 month mentor, an Engineering Manager and a variety of buddies & technical trainers to help support your orientation and career development.

We run training programs to ensure you develop your technical skills in our code base, learn new techniques and understand our processes and ways of working. We offer a variety of lunch and learn topics, and you will join our Fivecast training program focussed on created future leaders and connected teams.

We further support individual development plans and encourage requests for additional training and development, including conferences, programs, subscriptions, books and any other ideas!

Requirements to apply:

• Australian citizenship- due to eligibility for NV1 defence clearance requirement for the role
• Bachelor’s Degree in systems or software engineering/ computer science or related degrees. Either already completed or finishing in 2023
• Coding skills to design, implement and test software components, with experience in one or more languages. Ideally Java, Javascript, Python
• Strong communication skills, confidence in asking questions and a drive to learn
• Good organisational skills, detail oriented, and a pro-active team player
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
